About a thousand hives are dedicated to the production of orange blossom honey. They are scattered across France and Spain, near organic bitter orange tree crops so that the bees can harvest the nectar from their flowers and turn it into fragrant honey.

At Lush, we agree that the modern honey industry treats bees like farmed animals. Where possible, we aim to work directly with beekeepers, but in any case, we ask for full traceability and adherence to our high standards.
